The MegaStrat Curriculum and Online Course adopts a blended learning approach to cater to different learning needs. Certain sections of the course are designed for self-study, allowing learners to engage with the content at their own pace. Simultaneously, other parts provide detailed instructions, recommendations, and a wide range of learning materials intended for onsite vocational training. These resources are meticulously crafted to ensure reusability and compatibility, adhering to common Learning Management Systems exchange formats.

In this report, we aimed to identify, analyze, and evaluate key success factors faced by strategic foresight professionals in long-term planning. The research was conducted in three phases. Initially, we performed a bibliometric analysis to map relevant literature, using targeted search terms related to success factors for strategic foresight and added synonyms and recent review keywords. This process yielded 179 articles, of which 138 were excluded after a thorough assessment, leaving 41 articles for further analysis. These articles underwent a co-occurrence keyword analysis using VOSviewer 1.6.8, revealing 9 clusters and 36 associated keywords.

Subsequently, we conducted a qualitative content analysis to extract insights on success factors from a meso- and micro-level perspective. This rigorous step, involving three researchers to ensure objectivity, led to the exclusion of eight more articles. The analysis ultimately identified 81 success factors categorized into seven thematic clusters, as detailed in Table 1. This comprehensive approach provides a nuanced understanding of the success factors that strategic foresight professionals and strategy coaches must consider for effective long-term foresight and planning.
