Project goal
The project goal is the development of an in-service trainingcourse. This includes the development of the curriculum as well as the creation of online trainings that can be accessed at any time. The tool teaches small and medium-sized enterprises how to continuously adapt their strategic direction by orienting themselves to future megatrends and identifying new business areas.
