I dette MegaStrat-modul vil du udvikle en grundlæggende forståelse af Long-Term Opportunity Forecast (LTOF). Du vil lære at skelne mellem kort-, mellem- og langsigtede perspektiver og forstå anvendelsen af LTOF. Derudover vil du tage fat på udfordringer i den praktiske implementering og identificere karakteristika ved organisationer, der med succes anvender LTOF-principper.

  • forstå vigtigheden af langsigtet fremsyn i forhold til at forudse fremtidige tendenser og udfordringer
  • skelne mellem kort-, mellem- og langfristet fremsyn
